Based on generative AI, Glaaster is a platform designed to assist children with DYS disorders (dyslexia, dysorthographia, dyscalculia, etc.) with homework. The startup is part of the Cegid Data Lab program. The support process unfolded across several phases. Initially, there was an ergonomic audit, followed by user interviews (parents & children), redesigning various pathways based on studies to grasp the usage insights of this infrequent target audience (age: 5-9 years). Numerous workshops were conducted, roadmap development to empower Glaaster teams in their UX research autonomy, and finally, low-fidelity mockups and user testing.
